We are honored to host on August 16th for a fundraiser in support of , a close to the heart cause for Proprietors Noah & Kelly Dorrance who lost their niece, Evelyn, in the March 2023 Nashville shooting.
They will be will be offering their iconic Sonoma wines by the glass alongside The Progress' à la carte menu.
Event tickets are $20 per guest and include your reservation for dinner and a raffle ticket for a Reeve Wines/The Progress gift package (estimated value of $500). 100% of event ticket sales will be matched, dollar for dollar, by The Progress and donated to Everytown For Gun Safety. There will also be an in person and online silent auction featuring culinary experiences from local restaurants, wine, raffle tickets, and so much more!

Happy National Hot Dog Day!!! Our pastry team prepares a milk bread bun brushed with togarashi, and rosemary. Our butchers make our Hot Dogs with pork, bacon, spices and a touch of dark brown sugar. And our kitchen team tops it all with kimchi, bonito flake crunch and bonito rosemary aioli!!!

It’s Martini Week! They will be donating $2 for every Progress Martini sold through July 15th to for their grant program that funds grassroots organizations serving marginalized communities!
Our cucumbers are from Janet at Hikari Farms, an organic greenhouse in Watsonville, that specializes in Asian greens and Japanese cucumbers. We’ve paired them with castelvetrano olives, fermented celtuce and rye. Do love cucumbers as much as we do? 🥒
We love all things tempura! Tempura zapallito squash with hopalong cheese, paprika and pluots!
